A few bumps couldn't stop me

I started selling real estate in 2007 when the market was slowing and ready to crash. I was a single mom and eager to start this new career. I jumped in full force and had a very tough first year with exploring my sphere of influence and having little luck. 

 

I dedicated every day to reaching out to someone new and leaving business cards everywhere I went. I was determined to find success for myself and my family. 

 

My second year in the industry was a little better. By then, the market had officially crashed. Values were terrible and the foreclosure market was starting to feel the effects of a down economy. I continued to pursue the real estate path, got married, and even worked for a few banks to build value by helping them list their foreclosures. Through this work, I was able to create relationships with lenders and title companies, so I was still feeling very aligned with my purpose. 

 

By my third year in real estate, 90% of my listings were foreclosures, and I worked for companies like Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bank of America, and the Secretary of Veteran Affairs. I have always had a heart for the underserved, which probably also explains my love for adopting dogs. 

 

As the market shifted to a housing boom, I still have always prided myself on the personal relationships I have been able to build and I'm passionate about walking my clients through the real estate process step-by-step. I am a multi-million dollar producer and I take a lot of pride in representing buyers and sellers from all walks of life.

A Nurturer and Dog Lover at Heart

I'm also the youngest of 7, a wife, mom and dog mom times 3, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

 

I think all of these roles have helped me become the best REALTOR® I can be. If I had to describe myself, I would say I'm hardworking, caring, trustworthy, grateful, professional, strategic, loyal, patient, direct, and a natural-born team leader. 

 

I take these titles and qualities seriously. I'm on call 24/7 for those closest to me, and I do the same for my clients. I am motivated to help my clients regardless of the personal outcome for me. Sometimes a rental may be the best solution for them, and I'm happy to help them find the right fit. 

 

I help investors with rental properties and flips. I help residential buyers find their move up, move down, relocate if they need to, or find their forever homes. I also take pride in making sure my sellers get the most value for their homes. I also work with estate attorneys when family members need extra support after a loved one has passed away.

 

I am very intentional with the relationships I have and the relationships I build because I know how meaningful these connections are.
